Please be aware that most of our handbags and other items are purchased at remarkable prices and do not carry a manufacturers warranty. We are still willing to stand behind our bags if something unforeseen should happen, exception bargain or promo bags of course. Please keep your original receipt!

If any exchange is necessary please bring along your original receipt.
If the item is a gift for someone else, rest assured that we will happily exchange the item for them. We do ask that the gift be kept in a smoke-free environment, just in case there needs to be an exchange, most folks do not enjoy a smelly bag!
We ask that they make their exchange within a timely fashion, 30 days or less, of course.
